【澳洲留學】找share house的注意事項

明年開始要找share house了

總不能一直在home stay待著 很沒長進xd

朋友有給我一些網址

除了價錢 交通便利性 安全性 還有什麼需要注意的?

還有阿....

有人說不要跟韓國人住一起 因為他們太好客了 是不是真的阿?= ='

可是到處都是韓國人耶.....

我同學都是直接開車到學校附近一間一間看。

還好吧，我認識的韓國人都好自閉﹦﹦

阿拉伯人比較好客....

不然就先問問他們會不會常常帶朋友回來囉，

生活習慣也要顧慮啊...

我完全受不了那種自己煮飯鍋子不洗，

廁所弄得滿地都是水的人，

還有穿鞋子踩進我房間的地毯，

我會抓狂。

只要人好, 夠乾淨, 就可以了

一起住以前先決定一些生活規律

eg.

Who takes out the rubbish for each week.

Fees for things like toilet paper etc. should be split 50-50.

Food are each person's individual responsibility so no eating other people's food in the fridge. Food should be labelled so people don't take other people's food accidentally. etc.

Working out rules like the above with your room mate before sharing will decrease the chance of friction and fighting.
