【新聞】Senegal gay jail terms overturned.

我最近好像對這類新聞與活動愈來愈積極了ˊVVˋ

這是我在通識課程‧當代世界，國際關係與組織當中的報告內容。

基本上是新聞，配上一些感想。

Senegal gay jail terms overturned

Senegal's court of appeal has quashed January's convictions of nine men for homosexuality and ordered their immediate release.

The men were sentenced to eight years in jail after being found guilty of "indecent conduct and unnatural acts".

Most of the men belonged to an association which was set up to fight HIV and Aids.

Homosexual acts are illegal in Senegal, a predominantly Muslim country, where gay people remain marginalized.

The thoughts.

Senegal is a country in Africa.

According to this article, the gay people are deprived of rights.

Even put them into the jail!

The action of the court of Senegal that is mentioned in the article is a large improvement in human right.

And there is an important thing:

most of the men just belonged to an association which was set up to fight HIV and Aids.

The news reminds me of that in the past,

Taiwanese people are easily caught into the jail only because they belonged to some associations. (白色恐怖時期)

It is the same as the fact in the article.

It is not only an issue about LGBT people, but also one about human right that we should care about.

我知道大家渴求翻譯。

這則新聞是關於非洲‧賽加內爾，

一個穆斯林國家。(回教)

在那裡，同性戀是不合法的行為。

在一月初時有九個人因為服務於對抗愛滋的團體，

而依「不正常的行為」這種罪名而被捕入獄。

這則新聞則是該地法院取消了這則判決，

並將那些人們立即釋放。

感想中，

我特別強調「人權」，

並以早期台灣的白色恐怖做連結，

說明這些事件的本質都是一樣的。

指出這並不是單一族群的議題，

而是每個人都應該關心的。
